After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with step-by-step mailing instructions. We provide guidance on how to safely package and send your materials to us.
How much of the material do you need?
We require only a small amount (e.g., a teaspoon of breastmilk or a few strands of hair). Specific details will be included in your email instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Customers outside Singapore are responsible for shipping their materials to us, and we’ll handle the rest.
We have had customers from America, Europe, Hong Kong and Switzerland.
