Mailing instructions for sending keepsake materials

Thank you for your order. We are so happy to be able to play a small part in your journey. 

As you have selected a piece of jewellery with sentimental elements (breastmilk, umbilical cord, ashes, hair or fur), please see below instructions for the mailing of the item:

Breastmilk:

Please pack 10-30ml of the breastmilk in a ziploc bag and seal carefully. 

⁠Umbilical cord:

Please place the umbilical cord in a well ventilated dry space for minimum 4 weeks prior to sending. If your child is older, this process would have been completed naturally. Please pack 1/4 to 1/2 of a dried umbilical stump in a ziploc bag and seal carefully. 

Ashes:

Please pack 1/4 to 1 full teaspoon in a ziploc bag and seal carefully. 

⁠Hair/fur:

We require minimum 1cm of hair, and enough to pinch between 2 fingers. Please note that for the less hair sent, the chances are only a few strands may be used.

Kindly indicate your order reference number by writing it on the ziploc bag, and mail it to the address provided in your order confirmation email.

 

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted with care, and we typically take around 8 weeks to create your keepsake — because something this meaningful should never be rushed. 🤍
