Right Business: From breast milk to ashes, custom heirlooms that tell your unique story

Becoming a new mother sparked a desire to create something meaningful - jewellery that captures not just beauty, but deeply personal memories.

Using materials like breast milk, umbilical cords, and ashes alongside gold, platinum, and gemstones, Love Juno Gems offers custom pieces that serve as modern heirlooms.

It’s about preserving identity and legacy in a way that feels both intimate and timeless.

On The Right Business, Hongbin Jeong speaks with Min Qi Yeo, Founder of Love Juno Gems, to find out how she’s building a modern heirloom jewellery brand with meaning.

In her own words

They say motherhood slows you down. But for me, it lit a fire.

What began as a personal act of reclaiming my identity — a quiet moment of creating a ring with my own breastmilk — became Love Juno Gems, a fine jewellery brand rooted in memory, meaning, and identity.

On the show, we spoke about why I created a fine jewellery brand using sentimental elements like breastmilk, umbilical cord, hair and ashes; how motherhood became the catalyst for reclaiming my identity through craftsmanship and storytelling; what emotional luxury means to modern Southeast Asian consumers; and why I believe meaning, beauty and business can co-exist.

And to every woman navigating transformation — your story matters.
